Ron A. Lampert: Community Health Systesm & Medicaid Expert

In the wake of Hurricane Katrina, one of the country’s most iconic cities was reduced to a wasteland of destruction and unparalleled loss. For weeks, the nation watched helplessly as Nola’s infrastructure disintegrated under ravaging waters the broken levees failed to contain.

The effects of that devastation can be felt to this day, but the strides taken by the region to restore its systems and safeguard the well-being of its populace have been nothing short of miraculous.  Integral to that effort was the extraordinary care taken to mitigate the traumatic effects of displacement caused by the storm.

As State Director of Behavioral Health, Ronald A. Lampert was instrumental in rebuilding Louisiana’s mental health system. Ron’s engagement and contract negotiation skills are the result of decades of experience working in both the public and private sectors, and by leveraging his background in behavioral health, mental health, and managed care,

As a senior consultant for CHS Group, Ronald will apply those same skills to help other mission-driven organizations improve their processes and methodologies and better impact the communities they serve.
